Born in Asuncion Paraguay 1958. Medical Doctor in 1982 Universidad Nacional de Asuncion - Facultad de Ciencias Médicas. Trained in Vascular and Cardiac Surgery in France (1986-1990) Trained in Interventional Cardiology Asuncion Paraguay (1995-2002) Cardiology Board from Universidad Nacional de Asunción. Head of the Cardiac Surgery Department of the Natonal Hospital 1991-2022. Head of the Cardiac Cath Lab at the National Hospital 2016-2022. Director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the Catholic University. Professor of Interventional vascular Procedures at the Fellowship for Vascualr Surgery from the Universidad Nacional de Asuncion. Head of the Centro de Intervenciones Endovasculares y Cirugia Cardiovascular at the Sanatorio Italiano de Asuncion (2010-2022) Research Center with more than 116 Investigational Device FIM studies done or currently in progress. President of FUNDACOR an NGO for treatment of cardiovascular deseases in poor people without any cost for the patients (1995-2022).
